I need to drill my wing for an aerial, anyone know the correct position? I know it's been on here before but I can't find it. Cheers

I have seen 2 positions for aerials on GT's, one is on page 17 of my GT's restoration at Mill Road posted by slidehammer, the other is on the nearside front wing.

I have a roof aerial and have tried electronic aerials but cant say I would recommend either.

I haven't got measurements but I do have pics before and after I welded it in which might help?

 

(although this is a round nose not a clubby)

 

 

 

for the record I did flush it off afterwards I didn't leave it like that 

 

surely within reason (depending on the length of the cable) you can put it wherever you like

 (as the actress said to the bishop)

Thanks for the replies. Just don't want to put it where it could foul on the fresh air duct pipes. I'm sure I could work it out when I come to do it
