As title, I am looking for the bottom pulley oil seal diameter.

Inner diameter or outer diameter?

A new seal usually has the dimesnions on it - I'll see if I can find one later.  Alternatviely just measure the pulley shaft and/or the timing cover recess.

Sorry - I have not made myself clear - Its the diameter of the shaft which slots through the seal. I have attached a picture to clarify
