New to owning a mini - wanted a brown mini clubman estate for years and now I've finally got one!!

It's a project but I have a very understanding other half who can hopefully guide me.......

But I'm happy as a pig in you know what!

You will get plenty of top quality advice and tips on here.

Enjoy your project but warn your understanding other half of the bad language that is always present when working on Minis. There is no way of avoiding it apart from sending the car to a garage.

One thing I would suggest is that for the vast amount of £5 you become a TMF+ member. This will get you a 7 1/2% discount on purchases from Minispares once you have registered your membership of the forum with them.

As for bad language - we have a porsche 914 and a very very project stage triumph TR7 so we are both used to that!
