I've been using Molly for a long time and it's served me well, but always open to further suggestions.
I recently trialed a few different greases on the bench, so not a lot to go off, but Timken's Wheel Bearing Grease looked promising.
Yeah I beleive the moly is good in there, for shock resistance, and fretting corrosion, and can use it in a gun. Has served me well over the years.
That timken grease has got to be good, for application on the bench - but not compatible with grease gun... I wonder if that may be the best way. A comaparable one is Fuchs Titan wb race grease, very sticky. Seems good, used it with timken bearings.
