I would like to insure my Mini 1000 and Mini Pickup.

They are 80's cars and not crazy value if that makes a difference.

I guess the only issue maybe is the Pickup is classed as a commercial vehicle.

Am i better off insuring them separately or on a multi car policy?

Have you spoken to any insurers? Combined policies work well for me.

I have both my Minis with Adrian Flux on a combined policy and it is only slightly cheaper when I combined the policies, ask for a quote, see what they say. Mine both have agreed value too, but that is seperate and costs £15 per year, per vehicle on top.

Remember it's not the broker that is important, its the underwriter, so do your research, my underwrtier is ERS.

I have a Footman James classic policy underwritten by Ageas with eight vehicles in total, cars and bikes, agreed value, salvage retention and a £6000 motorcycle only changed the premium by a tenner so I would say multi vehicle polices are the way to go.

Everyone`s policy is different so it`s worth getting a few quotes

only thing to remember is on multi policies you dont get seperate ncd for each vehicle but if you own and drive both this may not be an issue to you
