Hi everyone! I continue observing things. I find this very curious: After 10 kilometers, I get home, the water temperature is 100º, I open the heater, and the air that comes out towards feets is completely 'cold'. I don't understand this. The controller is new.

The tap is shut.  The cable outer seems to have come out of the retainer clip, so the push/pull of the knob is ineffective.

I have had the same problem.

The clamp would not grip the outer sleeve tight enough. Solved the problem by wrapping the outer sleeve with aluminium foil so that the clamp would grip it firmly.

Thanks guys. It's true, the cable sheath was unhooked. But... whether the control is inserted or pulled, there is NO variation, the air comes out at the same temperature. So the question is; how should the control go so that the air comes out hot, figure 1 or figure 2?

On mine, heat is with the knob pulled out.

Have you tried purging the airlock yet?

Figure 1.  the rod in the end of the valve pushes the valve shut as in fig 2.

So, for you figure 1 and figure 2 is the same?.... in both situations the pass is closed

Hi Quinlan and thanks for your help. After reading your answer yesterday, this morning I released the two hoses that enter laterally entering on the heater. Also, the other exit, beside the heater knob control and I blew through there. I collected the coolant that came out from the bottom in a bucket. I wanted to see if it was clogged and if the liquid was in good condition. It was not clogged and the antifreeze that came out was clean.

What I don't understand is why hot air doesn't come out when you open or close the knob.

You have a mk1 style heater tap, and the mk1 was push the cable for heat

In your photo figure 1 should be open and allowing hot coolant to flow to the heater. You should always add coolant to the system and bleed the air out with the tap open. You should be able to touch the pipes and figure out when it’s got hot coolant flowing

Fig 1 is open, fig 2 is shut.  If the water doesn't flow with the valve rod in position 1 something is wrong with the valve.
