I read all of your posts and replies on others posts with great interest along with your YT videos. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with everyone in the community.

My car is a 1990 998 that came fitted with the Cooper Conversion at point of sale (so Cooper stamped head, twin carbs etc). In the Cooper documentation that came with the car it states to run BP6ES plugs with a gap of 35 thou. I am about to replaces the current old set of BP6ES plugs and leads. Would you agree to the gap sizing? I had read somewhere else that the gap should be set to 0.81mm/32 thou on this setup.

Ignition is standard (inc ballasted system) with the exception of an Accuspark electronic module (kit 8 / 45D + Baseplate for 59D) being fitted in place of points.

If anyone else has experience I'd appreciate your comments

Cheers all
