No idea what the ballast wire would look like but images attached of coil and dizzy info. Are these enough to go on?

How is that carried out and equipment would I need? Relatively new to vehicle fettling so semi don't know what I'm doing

Good morning AC. Purchased a meter and followed the YT instructions. The coil is measuring 0.6. after I remove the initial reading that won't zero. Also, there doesn't appear to be a ballast resistor wire. Just white, black/white. Does this reveal anything of use? Also ordered the suggested spark plugs.

Ok that coil is fine as are the wire colours to

Check and set the timing and then you most likely need a tune up to get the best from this setup.

Sorry AC, another question regarding the plugs. What should I gap them at? Reading conflicting opinions.

Aimed at AC but comments from everyone as always welcome. Followed ACs advice and changed to the NGKs gapped at 0.035. These are the results. I think they're looking a lot healthier. Am I correct?
