Australia only version? The rocker cover is Aus (although the ones I’ve seen had the breather pointing the other way.

Yeap, as Graeme has suggested, it's an Aussie one 
The Breathers on those Rocker Covers they did pointing right or left, depending on the emission standard of the day and so how it was plumbed up. Early versions went to the air filter case, later ones to a sandwich plate between the air filter elbow and the carb inlet. The sandwich plate was yet another unique Aussie part.

And there were rocker covers with only a pipe outlet, no filter case, which were Aussie only.

I'm 25. I just got a car a couple of months back. I don't know **** bout cars. I've been looking everything up on YouTube hahaha!!! Good enough!!! Just glad I ain't walking no more.
