Hi, just trying to ID an ‘82 City engine using Guesswork’s excellent decoder - 011833199H997P. Do I input the first zero ? If I do, it has a 3.4 diff, if I don’t , it’s a 2.9.
Any ideas ? Thanks

Hi chaps, sorry , I’ve wasted your time.. I took the number off the V5 as the car is in a workshop. Just been to check and the vin is the right way round with the numbers at the end, and there’s no zero at the start of the number . Doh.. I’ll delete this but thanks anyway

don't know why it isn't supplying fuelling info though, mine has the same cc, similar age ('88) and same compression by the looks of it and that's as follows

whether that's useful as a point of refence or not I couldn't say
