That date code certainly is new!
NOS maybe, but I think a commercial outfit selling a car on 2013 tryes, even if NOS, is a bit dodgy.

noticed same as above 13 year old tyres and even 'original' leak from matrix. if paying this money and restored expect all new and alot tidier. looks like they have not decided whether to keep original or restore. description states undergone a comprehensive restoration then below a minor restoration in 2018!? if most recent restoration is so comprehensive would this not render the 2018 minor restoration a mute point.
