Hi all

I am about to time up my cam on my engine. Do I time it to the 106 degree? It's a kent 266 going on a 1293 turbo build.

When I fitted the 266 to my NA 998 I was advised thus :- Assuming you have fitted new timing gears and to allow for chain stretch then set at 104 degrees. 

 

It may be different for a larger or forced induction engine and I am sure someone more knowledgeable will be along to advise.
