Prices seem all over the place so hard to tell what’s a good or bad one
Thanks in advance

i've also got an AEM unit fitted (30-4110); pretty straightforward to install and 2years on hasn't given me any problems

is there a handheld device that you can use just while you're tuning but not cut a hole for it in the dashboard
once it's tuned and working fine I don't really feel like i'd need to see it on a daily basis, also the digital display looks a bit out of place next to nice analogue needles etc (for my preferences)
I suppose you could just tape the above options to the top of the dash temporarily

I bought an electronics box & a 12v socket plug (cigarette lighter) and made a portable box. I left enough room to add an extra gauge like rpm or vacuum but never got around to fitting one. It makes it easy enough to swap to another car
The tailpipe adapter makes it easy to remove but it doesn't give decent readings at idle. If you take your mini/exhaust to an exhaust shop and get a sensor bung welded in you can also get a blanking plug for when you don't need it.

Bit late joining in but I have a Autometer analogue gauge that is over fifteen years old and it still works really well and doesn't look too out of place.
