Looks to be one of these:
Cheapest and easiest solution: Get it off with Stilsons and relace with a new set.

you might question their value really when all the thief does is hammer on a slightly undersized socket and take it off easily
that's how I got them off my volvo when it came without a key and it honestly didn't take long at all. and on my mini I actually found one socket that goes on nicely without hammering and removed them with doing any damage to the socket at all lol I think it was one of the imperial sockets
the ones with the collars are a lot harder to get off something like this https://wheelpartsdi...n0aAgpMEALw_wcB but obviously make sure they have the right taper and thread size

I would check you have the correct wheel nuts for those wheels, look like Rover alloy wheel nuts on a 60 degree taper wheel. As for the locknuts I'd bin them personally, nobody really steals wheels anymore...

i'd seriously suggest you fit some longer studs - that looks like an accident waiting to happen

50 years ago, a set of alloy wheels were rare and well worth protecting.
Now, too many people have scrapped their Mini but kept the wheels.
For each Mini left on the road, there are probably more than two sets of alloys if they all came out of lofts and sheds.

I had a similar problem with my MG TF the garage wrecked the locking tool changing the tyres. They replaced them with ordinary wheel nuts and ordered my in a set of Rover locking wheels nuts. The locking wheel nuts are in the boot and never been on the car, didn't want it happening again. Buy a wheel nut removal tool and dump them for standard wheel nuts.
