The subframe rebuild will be starting shortly so now eyeing up rebuild bits.
So the question is rubber or poly.
Longevity is a main concern as the rubber bump stops as standard usually come unbonded (my experience in the past)
Hmmm, decisions decisions 😁

Rubber. I had poly for about a week before swapping. They are harsh.

Rubber, every time.

 

Poly are like fitting coil springs, a "dissimprovement"

poly only for things where you want limited movement, bump stops rubber always

Rubber. There are good quality ones out there, just shop around.
