saw this and thought nice looking car at the end but how fkin much. also fitted 7.5 discs! i know 7inch were crap but wasnt that part of the cooper original spec. also derek kept banging on about 998cc were coopers 997?

Quite a lot of non original parts on there which is not on in my book.
Brakes changed for minisport ones so that means the original wheels didn't fit anymore!
It was more like a minisport advert really 😁
And just short of 70k effing Nora!!!
Could get a proper car for that, and a good one too! 😁😁

Maybe some of you can explain it,but how come parts came to £27k when an entire Minisport floor pan is less than £1k ?
2 subframes,front end panels,engine rebuild,interior trim etc etc,but surely that didn't cost £26k !

For the money.... front door handles were from an early Mk1 not Mk2 and Cooper stainless/chrome door window surrounds were both missing.....also Hydrolastic suspension can be repaired/refurbished and is important for originality when sold at such a premium price.
