Hello

 

I am restoring a 850 which came from Switzerland. Unfortunately the mirror is broken but I really liked to find a replacement.

 

In a Swiss brochure I found a similar mirror

 

Could anybody knows what type of mirror is it ?

Not seen them before, but I'm sure they won't be unique to the Mini.  Nothing identical, but anything suitable here?

Might not even be from a UK car.

There isn't any sign or logo on the stem. I've searched with many keywords but theres is no exact find. 

 

Of course I found many similar mirror but I have lots of time to find this until the bodywork is in progress

Shame you did not show the whole of the top picture.

It is from a Swedish publication. So the Mirror might have been fitted for local regs. But the number plate looks more Norwegian.

But again the cars could be from any where.

Found this on an Innocenti ad. The base is the same, probably an italian aftermarket mirror as Inno's did not have mirrors installed by the factory

No minis at that year had external mirrors from the factory. Hence is really is most likely to be something local that was fitted by the importers.

I found it in France. It is a Cipa mirror
