I think the early 1275GT had a 3.65 final drive and rev counter was red lined at 6500 rpm. (see Mk1 Forum thread linked below).
Later 1275GT from around 1971/72 had a 3.44 final drive and were red lined at 6000 rpm.
The early one is rarer and would be more sought after by restorers of early 1275GT's.

The one's in the picture are a 6k redline, not a 6.5k

I'd say without the mounting frame, bezels and surround and assuming the worst that it doesn't work, I'd pay £85

I just sold a set of 1275GT clocks for just over £100 on eBay. Yours has an RVI tacho so points-only ignition, not electronic. They're on eBay for up to £200.
