Are there any brake cooling guides for the classic mini available?

for other cars there are very simple solutions available.

Not really needed. The first Minis did suffer so the front panel was changed to allow more air to the brakes.

just use better pads.

Why do you think you need it? Generally, unless you’re doing something extreme, it’s hard enough to keep the brakes hot enough!

To clarify, I’m really only referring to the 8.4” setup.

There's a couple of people in the FB groups making 3D printed ones that mount to the tie bars to good effect.

i have 10inch wheels and the 7.5inch disks. i drive my mini in city traffic but sometimes also on the track. so i dont whant to use racing pads.

a cooling guides would be great compromise.

Just buy a set of the Carbon-Metallic pads as sold by Mini Spares. You will then never have any braking issues.
Alternatively use Mintex 1144 pads which are good, but not as good as the CM ones.

I agree with above sentiment - looking for a fix to a problem that is not there. Some very high boiling point brake fluids exist - which again are mostly only required in competition.( Caution - check for compatibility before using) I even think the slotted rotors that exist for the mini probably do nothing and or worse than that, create potential for a hot spot where the brake dust etc gets brushed off the rotor face but sticks in the groove.
