I found something amazing from Dog House Racing in Japan.

A stainless steel open shift gate.

I don't like the diagonal cut from 3rd to 2nd it seems like it might impinge on a nice smooth 4-2 block change

Other than that though looks like something that could very easily be home made if you're into that kind of thing

I think it would look better if part of a larger centre console kind of design

I like it, bit high up for my liking and also think it would look good in a full console.

nice idea but given the amount of slop in the typical mini gear linkage i'd imagine that would be more of a hindrance than a help

I like it, it would look better if it was made for a short shift as it looks a bit big, but I suppose it exposes the long travel of the standard lever. Not hard to make really with a bit of thought, and if you fancy it you could add a reverse lock out , as for the price, you want it, you buy it.
