Just had a Mini (with HIF38) tuned there. Lovely people, who crack on with the work the moment you arrive.
In my case I later found the car still wasn't quite right afterwards (running too lean when towing at high speed) but, as soon as I told them, they booked the car into the next available session free-of-charge with no fuss at all. In the end I got two mornings for the price of one and the car is now great.
