Am I right in thinking the only adjustment is the hinge packers ?
The more packers the more the door moves away from the pillar ?

I've made a video but having trouble uploading it to the hosting site

The door seals i have have a definitive 45 degree on the corners.

Maybe cut the corners and rubber glue them together on the corners. Make a seal better..

I think I've sussed it.
I opened up the holes slightly on the n/s door for some hinge adjustment and now the doors are level .
I'm going to only fit the o/s seal on 3 sides to mirror the one on the n/s because it's where the o/s door closes onto the n/s door that the issue is,and then I'll fit a seal to the lip on the vertical of the n/s door..... I'll post pictures to show what I've done.
I'm quietly confident 🌝

I had the same issues fitting rubber seals to my Van's rear doors. They were too thick.

I'm a joiner and have a bandsaw in the workshop. I bought a new blade and cut the new seals down in width.
Glued them on and doors close perfectly.

The above link certainly have a 45degree angle for the seal.

It's not the corners causing the issue,at least not for me, it's where the doors meet, got mine sorted now
