[Vanman20]

My rear doors don't fit flush,the o/s one sticks out further.
The n/s seal is thinner than the o/s seal.
Have I got the correct seals fitted ?

That suggests both doors use the same profile seal

They do. At least the clubby estate does, can't imagine them being different on the vans

So the thick one on my o/s door is incorrect and almost certainly the reason it sticks out ?

I would guess so.  You will have to juggle the shims/packers around to get the perfect fit though.

So,I've bought a length of the correct seal from the link above,cheers brpirie 1000.

My seals were glued on,no clips but there are round holes in the frame.

Apparently I need these clips but they don't look right to my untrained eye ?

I've replaced the seals and it's even worse now lol.
Is there any adjustment on the hinges ?
The gaps are awful
