I've looked across the forum and can't find an answer to this one, although I'm sure many have done it.
What thickness card would be suitable for the rear pocket liners and the dash cards?

personally I'd probably steer away from fibreboard or anything else that could soak up damp, otherwise over time it'll just rot away and be all floppy and nasty

 

posts 2+3 probably most appropriate so far but something similarly plasticy would be equally fine, that's the way I'll be going I reckon

I've choosed foamed PVC for my resto. It is cheap and light, easy to work with.

Just a note. The original rear pocket liners on my Riley Elf have a piece of 3mm hardboard glued to the underside of the horizontal section for strength.

I went for PVC sheet. Strong, light, waterproof, and can be heat formed.
