ive got some doors new door seals but when I put them on the doors won't shut, is this a usual problem with after market seals?

i had the same problem with mine

 

phoenix trim sell different thicknesses of door seals that may help

 

i ended up using two different thicknesses around the door to sort mine out

It's a problem most Classic owners are finding. The rubber is too stiff so the doors can't close properly.
