Several times in the last couple of months I have seen two* Minis driving on the roads around Yate (north of Bristol) with a green flash on the number plate (ie electric car). Does anyone know if this is this a true electric conversion or just a dodgy number plate?

*It is possible that it is the same vehicle having been resprayed from a silver/grey colour to a vivid metallic emerald green.

There is a company in Bristol area that does conversions. ZeroEV.

Cheers, looks like they are now called Fellten and based near Yate. That could explain the sightings!

Hi there. My mate Chris mentioned this post to me.
It's usually myself out in the grey electric mini. I also built the green one but it's back at minisport now.
I try and take it to queen's Square and the a46 Cross hands meets.
More than happy to take people out on a passenger ride.
