Had many copies via airmail in Australia, but for the past 6 or 7 years I’ve got them digitally. Works pretty well, saves me collecting lots of magazines that I never read again

As per mk1mini forum post which relates to this thread (the only actual source) , its pretty poor circling a rumour of a company without any actually evidence of it closing... ~
If this was a company, this thread would be liable.

Glad to hear it's still going even though I rarely buy it.
Being on the front cover was one of my proudest moments

So how would/should we support the mini mag?
Becoming a regular subscriber is the best way to support a magazine, if the number of copies sold drop below a certain level magazines sadly get closed.
Best prices for the good 6 or 12 months subscription offers from Kelsey is usually around Christmas/New Year time. Digital subs are cheaper and also available.

Although no official announcement has been made, apparently some have it on good authority that sadly Mini Mag is ending.....
I'm surprised really that 2 Mini magazines survived so long once they were both owned by the same publisher Kelsey. In more recent years it seemed Mini Mag went for the younger more extreme mods Mini enthusiasts while MiniWorld seemed to be aimed at the restored to factory spec and period mods enthusiast. There can't be many people left who subscribe to both so I'm guessing most Mini Mag subscribers will be automatically moved over to MiniWorld unless they want a refund of any remaining subs.
Back in 1991 the CCC publishers (Link House) did not think there would be enough content to fill a regular monthly magazine so called it a 'summer issue'.....I bought 3 copies of issue 1 at the time as I thought it would probably be a 1-off and become a collectors item!
Mini Magazine followed from A&S publishing in 1996....

Thanks for sharing. I've only bought sporadic issues over the last few years but just ordered this one to make sure I have the final one.

A real shame they have canned this publication, been buying issues throughout the last 10 years whilst owning minis & really enjoyed reading about everyone's projects. But very happy to see my Van sneak into the last issue on the report about retrorides weekender, its not a feature but still made it in an issue!
