Hi all,

Hoping it's okay to ask, but does anyone have a template for the boot lid liner? I know they were fitted to the Cooper Ss in SA (my friend has a couple with them fitted) and I thought it would look nice to have it fitted and would clean up the look of the boot lid. I believe it's made from thin fibreboard (1-2 mm) and wrapped in something like vinyl/leather and then held on the boot lid with some self tapping screws or some screws and rivnuts.

Thanks,

Vinay

if unable to locate an original template I'd probably just get a big bit of cardboard (open up a box something got delivered in) take some basic measurements to start with then just trial and error trim it down until you get a perfect size, voila

it's not a complicated shape at least, should only take 20mins or so

Thanks! That's a good idea. CAD (Carboard Aided Design) is a useful tool :)
