Hi. I've got these original 12" steel wheels on my '79. I would have just put steel hubcaps on them but  thse seem to be for the 10" wheels. Is there an option out there for a plain cover for the centre hole? ThanksStewart

Didn't 12 inch wheels have full width plastic wheel trims?The centre raised ring usually has lugs to retain hubcaps.Steve..
If it is your car you may like to get a full set of wheel nuts.

Plain steel hubcaps for 12" steel Mini wheels are available from Japan but not sure the best source of a set in the UK?

Yes, nuts are on the list !    I'm trying to get rid of plastic rather than add more...  Japan? I'll have a look....

I bought a set of these centre caps from this EBay seller for my KNES Jupiter alloys and fiddled with them to make them fit. Measure your centre hole and see if any are suitable.

Hmmm, the ones from Japan seem "cost-prohibitive" - I could buy entire wheels at the same price. I'm surprised(?) there isn't a more readily available option as the 12 steels are pretty common. However, I did come across a handy workaround to fit 10" hubcaps here on the site https://www.theminif...s-to-12-steels/

They do look a little bit on the small side buthey that's just nit-picking. Great effort.
