I tried to create a construction thread, but it has hundreds of photographs, including smileys. So my question is how many pictures can you post as per the post? And does that number include smilies? cps test

With any posts on any forum I try and keep the pictures well organised or it just becomes a bit of a mess

 

rather than just piling in a hundred pictures in one go, sort through them on your PC, number them so they go in the right order.  I also take the time to edit all mine down to about 900 pixels wide for the posts (and keep the hi-res original on the PC) otherwise you end up zooming in and out on the page all the time trying to see everything

 

I also try and make each post about one particular issue which makes the thread easier to read 

 

that's just me though maybe I'm a bit too picky about it

 

I've never hit a limit of pics within one thread, but then I don't upload the pictures in the forum, i use https://imgbb.com/ and that gives me a link to copy and paste in

I have several build threads with hundreds of pictures.

We used to use Photobucket ( please don’t) and now Imgur.

And as mentioned, with a build thread add so many pictures with the accompanying story line so everyone gets an idea of what is what. Unless of course it’s pictures of a show.

I did find in one thread I did there was a limit of 10 photos per post.
