First check,does the pedal press down as normal?no?plunger arm rusted stuck.Yes?does the arm move half inch or more?It is a very simple arrangement and possibilities are few.Steve..

Thx gents and seems there is a rattling noise when I let the car idle - still does not go into gear - next up, remove flywheel and check primary gear from other feedback I got..Note, I did everything by the book and looks like a failure somewhere, possibly me as confirmed via the starter motor port with pedal depressed cannot turn clutch plate at all??

 

 

Oh, can one leave the keyway washer in as impossible for me to remove as doing this job - engine installed

Hey guys sorry as updated elsewhere but not here - to conclude on my issues

- bolt on my orange diaphragm was loose - user error
- throw out bearing was not adjusted properly - user error

All good and thx again for inputs m8’s
