1960 Austin Mini Mk1. Lovely little early mk1 Austin in Speedwell blue. Registered in June 1960 so has some of the quirks of the very early cars - no front and rear screen recesses, no drip rails etc.
The original seats are in absolutely remarkable condition for their age.
It has a mk2 998 engine with four synchro remote gearbox which I'm guessing replaced the original 850 many years ago. I do have period mk1 850 engines and gearboxes available if you wanted to put it back to totally original spec.
It has been off the road for some time, last MOT'd in 2014 but does run and drive. The bodywork is solid with no major rust or damage but does have imperfections, I would guess it had a coat of paint 25 plus years ago.
A very nice early mk1 that could be used as it is with some tlc or fully restored to perfection.
