I must admit I find researching the imp to be really challenging and times, with minis theirs a lot of information about them available from a variety of places but the imps just don’t seem to have that. Like trying to find specification’s, part numbers, trim specs and such seems to be next to impossible

me and my dad were looking at both imps and minis (amongst other things, I like old fords as well) when we were deciding on a project but it seems to me imps are way harder to find, and more expensive when you do

 

minis on the other hand are just everywhere in all sorts of conditions at a range of prices whatever suits your needs, with spares very easy to find.  that was pretty much what decided it

 

I totally love minis don't get me wrong.. but as a project the imp would have been more interesting, a bit more different and definitely easier to sell later on
