Hello,

I am looking for a wheel arch kit set, I have purchased some fiberglass ones but they dont fit well to my 1275 gt clubman.

I have 2 of those, ( https://www.minispor...t-set-of-4.html ) that are NOT fiberglass (came with the car - bought it used) and they fit perfectly however they are a bit damaged and i want to replace them, but those are very expensive, are there any other alternatives that WILL fit without issues?

This is the one that fits well

That looks like a sportspack type arch. Originals are rubber but most reproductions are fibreglass.

Every wheel arch for the classic mini needs work to fit correctly

You're trying to fit a wheel arch kit for a round nose Mini to a clubman fronted car - the wings/fenders are a different shape so the arches will never fit well out of the box.

i know, are there no clubman fenders available for sale? do the makers make fenders specific for the 1275 gt clubman? thats what im asking

The Clubman was long gone by the time the factory Sportpack arches appeared on MPi Minis.

Most standard front arches can be made to fit the Clubman with a bit of work or if the arch has some flex in it, here is a selection from Arc Angels:-

So quick question about Sportpack Arches:

The original ones - are they hard plastic or hard rubber - I was under the understanding that the originals were hard ABS plastic, can someone please confirm.

I ordered some from John Brown Wheels on eBay, they wouldn't ship to Canada so I had them shipped to a friend who then shipped them to me in Canada - turned up and they are rubber but advertised as ABS and I even called and asked and was told they were ABS. So would like to fully understand before loosing my mind at someone on the phone if they should have been hard ABS.

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

Cheers.
