Into the booth today
Quick mask up with some paper to prevent overspray onto the other primer
Still waiting for the air to be sorted. Hopefully tomorrow.

I've stripped the paint off of the bonnet
Qnd then finished the door prep and hung it all in the booth with the shell
As well as the door hinges
Ready to go

I remember when Ben did the work on my Mini, I used to look forward to every update its such an exciting time, the photographic record of the excellent work provides a great history if ever you were to sell in the future, however as you have owned the car for 20 years that seems unlikely.

I had some other commitments today but I still managed to get the first round of flatting completed on the back, down one side and across the front.
Thats sanded with various blocks using p320.
The next round will use p400 and then a final flat with p600.
Plenty to do still but it shouldn't take long.
