Evening all.
I have an original twin knob MW/LW radio in my 1985 car that currently doesn’t work.
Would like to take out and see what the issue is but not sure how to remove it. I thought the knobs would pull off to reveal a couple of nuts I could unscrew but the knobs are very stiff and I don’t want to break them by giving it a big yank.
Any ideas gratefully received thank you.
(Apologies if that sounds like a script from a Carry on film…)

Any pictures that might be able to help? Maybe a model number for the radio?
