Hello all.
Just thought i'd post a little hello and then noticed the 'Introduce yourself' forum....genius
So....hello
I'm new to this mini lark, but i'm currently freshening up a '93 Mayfair. I bought it in bits. The previous owner had replaced any rotten bodywork, and then i think his parents wanted the garage back. A bit harsh i know.....but one mans misfortune....or something.
So i've had to weld a couple of small holes up that he's missed, and i'm now prepping for paint, which i'm doing myself. Porsche polar silver and black. If it turns out half as good as it looks in my head, it's gonna look good...*fingers crossed smilie*
I'll post some pictures of the painting progress if anyone's interested......
Ali.

Thanks.
I've been interested in mini's for a while now, a couple of friends have them, but i only recently got the go ahead from 'er indoors....she's wanted one for a while too.
I doubt if the mini will be ready for MITP but i should think we'll be going regardless...parts buying an' all that.
