yeah the bearing they removed from my faulty hub was in pieces apparently.

Hope you get yours fixed soon- i think the easiest option may be to find an old hub somewhere...

I think Mini Spares have their hubs made and the BMH ones are from a different manufacturer, perhaps try one of these ?

I rang them in the end. They're on holiday. Asked me to email them some details and pics. Hopefully they can help me out.

They might not last as long but they certainly don't all 'lock up' when tightened

Have you got a link for a BMH hub? I've been looking but can't seem to find them any

You may need to contact BMH and enquire for a stockist of the hubs. Here's a page from one of their listings;-

I've had time to measure my hubs and my old hub the centre measured at 10.43 and the new has come out at 10.69. This was measured using the information in spiders wheel bearing thread

Looking closer at the hub you can see where the race has compressed the metal off the hub. If I measured from the lower part the gap comes out to 10.46 I've attached a picture and you can just make up the lip

The Central Register in these Hubs (the bit the Cups land against) aren't machined square. I'm unsure here are to how you did all your initial measurements, but as the Register has a taper on it, and the outer edges of the Bearing Cup has a radius on it, it's hard to know just where the Cup will actually land, hence why in that guide I put together, I've shown to do all measurements of the Hub off the Cups. I don't think I made mention of that in the guide, sorry for that.

The initial measurements were done the way you did yours but in reverse.

So I have heard back from the supplier of my kit (retrospares ltd). They are contacting their supplier to confirm if theres any known issues. Hopefully I will hear back in good time and they can help with a new hub, etc.

I've yet to have any reply from them but I'll give them a few more days till I ring or just go over there with the hub
