I'm trying the usuals, ebay, autotrader, car and classic. Any recommended dealers? I'm sure there used to be more for sale on here in previous years?

Don't tell me I have to bite the bullet and finally get facebooking...

Thanks in advance

I suppose it depends what you are looking for by way of age, condition, budget. Easy to spend too much as people's idea of value can be a bit skewed.

I think most sellers use all those options, sometimes posting on multiple platforms, and dont forget Gumtree.

Hi

Have a look at MiniMe usually advertised on Autotrader and Ebay, bought my 1999 JDM Mini Cooper from them. Amazing condition and has been a magic car to own.  They normally have a good stock choice, well worth a look, but depends on your budget.

Hey. I've bought a bulk pack of deluxe check from rapidcarcheck.co.uk and left me with few unused codes. I think of sharing it to you if you want?

Doesnot say where you are or how far you are prepared to travel.

I would say get in touch with some local clubs and see if they know of any available.

Wealth of information and assistance usually always good for organising a wee road run after aswell when your on the road...

Mini owners got to stick together with like minded mini folks... ( we are apparently a strange breed, throwing money at a little box shaped Rusty car)

Basildon/Southend area, happy to travel (Road trip!) for the right car. Any thoughts on inspection services?

Have you thought about attending one of the big mini shows?
Usually some cars for sale but if not still a good day out anyway and not a wasted trip.
I think the next one is Himley Hall in the Midlands Sunday 1st August.

And there’s Stanford Hall on Sunday 19th September, close to the M1/M6 intersection, Midlands again I know.
