Had a look through oil filler cap this morning whilst the engine was running and there doesn't seem to be an awful lot of oil getting up into the rocker cover and onto the rockers. Is this normal? I would have thought that there should have been more oil than present to lubricate the rockers.

check your oil level, go almost to the max but NOT over it. might help.

I didnt think you'd see loads, most of it goes up into the rocker shaft and dribbles back down.
