I am thinking of selling my recently restored MK2 Morris Mini 1000 Super Deluxe, as I have another project car and need some space.  Prices seem to vary widely so I would welcome some feedback on potential value.

I bought it around 5 years ago as a running project but on examination it needed significant work, so I decided to do a full restoration with some upgrades to make it more useable rather than keeping it original.  All the work has been done by myself, including all welding and painting.

It has had the floors, sills and all associated panels replaced, using a home made rotisserie as you can see in the pictures.  I have fitted a good used A plus 998 engine and gearbox with a mini spares stage 1 kit and electronic distributor. I have kept the original engine and box which I would  include if I sell, but this does need a rebuild.  I have used the original hydrolastic suspension but with later driveshafts, CV joints, Cooper S brakes front and rear including a servo.  It sits on new mini spares alloys and Yoko A008 tyres.  The interior has been retrimmed and I have fitted used MX5 seats.  All other components are either new or refurbished originals.

The shell was stripped to bare metal, etch primed, all the seams sealed and stone chip primer applied to the underside, followed by cellulose in the original Maroon B colour but with an Old English White roof.  The finish looks smart but is not concours as I am not professional sprayer.  The shell is now very solid and should last for many more years.  The work has taken years and I have spent more than I care to think about but I have thoroughly enjoyed the process and maybe now is the time to sell it and move forward with the next project,  I would be happy to hear your opinions on its current value,

Depending on the quality of the welding and paintwork, it is obviously hard to tell from low res images, I would say £10-£11k, but if it had correct interior and original engine fitted, with all correct period ancillaries, then perhaps £13-15k, but again depending on paintwork and welding.
