Also I'm going to put a new thermostat in as its running rather cold at the minute. What temp should i get for a 1991 998?

And a 50% antifreeze to 50% water mix in the cooling system all year round.
You will also need about 3 ½ to 4 litres (depends upon how much you spill) of coolant to fill the system completely.

You want a 88oC on for a 998
that's if you still running a 998 of course.

No that'd be 8 litres, up to four litres of water and coolant mixed 50/50
