The pro-motive kits are good and have developed a bit of the years with improvements and additions but the original package was well designed, made a great basis for a bike conversion and proved popular.
Had mine for more years than I can remember, spent a lot of time off the road for various reasons so has never really had the use it deserves but when I do get to thrash it (it’s the only way to drive the bike conversions) the driving experience is great fun

For frames you can buy you have pro-motive and lynx (both Yamaha R1 1999-2003). Zcars has the hayabusa kit but as far as I know it is not front wheel drive. I do no know any other companies that make frames for bike engined mini's.Off course you can decide to build your own subframe.
if I would have to chose again I would look into the quaife qba2r or qba11r. Expensive but you get rid of the chain.
Or you can llok at this one: http://www.vetechbusa.co.uk/
but as I recall it is very expensive.
