Update on this, I wanted to buy the Pioneer model that Ethel recommended above, but it is not in stock at the moment. It is available online, but only for £80.
So I decided to buy this cheapo one from Amazon:

I used this adaptor cable, so I didn’t have cut the loom

Obvisouly the bracket is custom made, I’m lucky enough to have my Dad to help me with that.
Overall I’m very happy, retaining factory look, but with seamless bluetooth, and the radio has a remote included if I need to do anything, but seems to auto connect when I get back in the car.
