Hi all,

 

Yesterday evening (05/01/21), my beloved Rover Mini Cooper was brazenly stolen from outside my house in East London - Canary Wharf area.

 

It's purple with a white roof, chrome mudguards, cream leather interior - and the reg is P25HTV (photo attached).

 

The police are aware.

 

I know it's a longshot, but the more people who know about this, especially Mini people, the more chance of getting it back and less of someone unwittingly buying it.

 

If you have any info which could lead to its return, please pass it to me and I shall pass it to the police.

Did you ever get your mini back? Do a lot of classic minis get stole in the UK or else where?

What's the best way to prevent this? Can you fit a quick release for the steering wheel on a moto-lita boss?

Any recommendations?

Amazing how attached you can get to a mini. Never felt that about another car.
