Help On Clutch Please?

I have the R1 conversion..it's been stood a good number of years and I am trying to finally finish it.
I have a clutch issue...I was draining the clutch fluid for new which went well. But even with the new fluid the clutch only depresses halfway or so then stops solid. I am getting good pressure at the slave cylinder end. So today I took the slave cylinder off but as I did so the clutch arm sprung back toward the back of the car. Now I find that even if I wanted to I cannot bolt the slave cylinder back on as the bolts do not line up. I assumed initially that is was a seized slave cylinder so have one on order but I can see the clutch arm is actually modified so it's more than just a quick swap I think.
It might be easier to post a video if that's possible? Thanks for the help.

Are there many of these still out there?

Starting to look like seized slave actually...I think I had such good pressure bleeding it because the piston couldn't move...will try new one when it arrives.
