Hi all quick one will this pod and lead be ok on my mpi, I’m trying to set the IACV steps ?
The machine is a Sykes pickavent acr4 model



Pod :-
Sykes-Pickavant ACR Rover - Mini V3 Software Pod 30350800

Harness :-
Sykes Pickavant
Advanced Code Reader ACR 2/4
Rover Specific J1962 HARNESS

Yes Rover 3 pod 3050800 or later or indeed G2 or iMAP pods from Sykes Pickavant/ SP Diagnostics

 

V3 works in ACR2 later pods and G2 or iMAP need ACR4 or SMART

 

lead needs to be 30212400 or J1962 do not use the Rover 30214000 which was designed for the MPi as it doesn’t always work.

Excellent thank you that’s brilliant, looks like I have the right gear only thing I’m missing is knowledge, you seem very clued up on these units, any chance of a quick crash course in using it I.e how to connect it to the car etc, would be greatly appreciated ??

Had one of these not long ago but wouldn’t connect, I’ve now got all brand new unit,pod and leads coming ??
