Does anyone know which pins do what on the white connector? I'm wanting to wire up the indicators so that they flash when the alarm is armed or disarmed. I also want to integrate a central locking kit and believe it is possible via this connector although I have not been able to find any diagrams with pin functions.

This is the connector in question:

The reason for being hard to find a pin out for the 5AS is because it’s the security system for the car.

If you car doesn’t have the features at present it’s possible it would need to be programmed as well as the physical wiring being in place.

I have the Minispares Central Locking Kit on mine. If I can find the instructions, I'll let you know which wire it's triggered by. Otherwise, I'll take a look next time I have the dashboard out.

You would have to use a relay to trigger the hazards, if you didn't the current draw might fry the 5AS's electronics.

Thanks for the replys.

I just have an MPI loom with only the grey connector at the minute so I would indeed need to add in wiring.

I have done some testing with a multimeter and think I have found the central locking pins. One pin outputs 12v when the alarm is armed and another pin outputs 12v when disarmed so I guess I would use those. The only problem is the central locking kit has a wire for locking and another for unlocking that need to be grounded to trigger the actuators. I guess this is why there is a need for an interface kit like this?

Still have no clue about indicator wiring though.

Almost a year late, but to answer your question:

T6 Hazard Flash R/H 12 Volt supply from internal relay (Green/White)

T7 Hazard Flash L/H 12 Volt supply from internal relay (Green/Red)
