Hi folks I thought I would share my latest purchase a metro with is running a 1.8 vvc from a mgf/tf. Over all the car has been done very well. There’s just a few little jobs I want to do to make it better in my opinion and the will need a paint job.

Well it started life as a 1.3s. I know it’s a rare. It basic a mgf/tf rear frame and running gear, wiring loom with working power steering. Fuel tank up front. Running mg maestro 14inch wheels. Coil over on the rear.
Plans are

Different wheels which I have just waiting for tyres to be swapped
A full highly bulk head that seals off the rear as there a few places where there holes.
Full computer vision respray
Buckets seats to go with the race car look
Toying with the idea of putting a 1.8 turbo from a 75 in it as I’ve got one sat under the bench
There’s a few other little that I want to do as the bug me. Then probably move it on to fund my pickup rebuild

Those wheels suit it a lot more than the MG Maestro ones.
