Are you making any modifications to allow for E10 fuel?

Hi Ben
Are you making any modifications to allow for E10 fuel?
Richard
All I have done is replace all rubber with ethanol resistant which should be sufficient.

Its amazing the difference this stuff makes.
There is little else i can do on the interior at the moment as I'm waiting for carpets, seats and the headliner.
I put the grile on as I'm all done up front now.
And hung the passenger door
Then the owner showed up with the new wheels so they went straight on
I have also been installing a few minor mod cons.
Its useful to have somewhere to charge your phone and a means to listen to music but it would be a shame to spoil the basic stripped back look of the interior with head units and speakers.
For usb charging, I installed this 2 way unit under the dash using a bracket I knocked up.
Easy to reach but can't be seen here less you look up from beneath.
As for music, we went for a bluetooth amplifier which I have installed under the panel shelf
The instalation isn't complete yet as I am waiting on the speakers.
The parcel shelf will be covered with a custom board so that the speakers aren't visible.
Cheers

Every time I see one of your posts Ben the workmanship always impresses. You seem to treat the customers cars like they were your own. Top work!

Progress has slowed right down on this mini due to waiting for a delivery of carpets and headlining.
In-between other jobs, I have been adding a few more parts to it.
These are.
Build up passenger door with glass and regulator
Fit drivers door and build up with glass and regulator.
Fit airbox and choke cable nipple
and I have fitted a mk1 bootlid handle!
There was work to the door drop glasses that had to be done too.
This involved removing the very 90s blue window tint film and replacing the metal lift bars on the bottom of the glass.
I've been absolutely rubbish at taking enough photos again so I'll take some next time of the other bits.
Cheers

Cheers for the compliments.
The antidrum is from my paint supplier but j dknt have a part number. You could try an automotive paint supplier near you.
The usb is from amazon but I can't generate a link for some reason.
The amp is from here https://www.classiccarstereo.co.uk

I do like the colour scheme of this Mini and the alloy wheels really suit the car, great work as always Ben, a smiffys bits air filter finisher might suit as well?

...replacing the metal lift bars on the bottom of the glass...
Did they come off easy? When I was cleaning my glass I couldn't get them to budge, was afraid of smashing the glass...

I actually had to resort to covering the glass with a welding blanket and then cutting them off with a slitting disc.
They just wouldn't budge no matter what I did as they had corroded and expanded the rubber very tightly onto the glass.
Cheers
